beachgurl Posted December 8, 2009 Report Posted December 8, 2009 Three seperate bids placed at different times. However, it didn't seem to merit taking the room for 3 seperate posts.Extended Stay America- Edenvale6911 San IgnaciousSan JoseTried bids beginning at $28, 29, and 30. At $30 received counteroffer to raise by $7. Changed end date by a day and upped to $31.I don't seem to have any luck with over 6 days with ESA properties. Would have been willing to book up to 10 days out in this case. This is a very basic ESA property and is on their low 1* end, if you ask me. It shares a parking lot with the ESA Deluxe, obviously nicer. Further cheapened by using only their non-renovated rooms for priceline. Honestly, the only thing it has going for it is the price. However, since I use the kitchen and have more supplies with me than most travelers, it works for me. If I had flown in without my supplies, even I would just say no. Most irritating thing is the front desk's seeming inability to handle incoming mail and fedex. The grocery, office supply and Sweet Tomatoes in easy walking distance help make up for it. Used PRICELINE link from front page.
AaronJB Posted December 9, 2009 Report Posted December 9, 2009 Congratulations on your successes. :)Sorry to hear that the property is underwhelming, but glad you are pleased with the price. It would be greatly appreciated if you could post the wins separately so that they appear on the site's Priceline and Hotwire Calendar of Wins. Thank you. This post can be for the 11/27-12/3 stay.Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using the site's PRICELINE link.
