Best price on Westin.com was $99. I didn't want to risk using Priceline for this booking because I could see the less desirable "4*" Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina for $79 on Priceline's opaque side and for $75 on Hotwire, and that hotel is closer to the airport and not the convention center. Priceline groups the Downtown-Harbor Island and Gaslamp Quarter-Convention Centers into one big zone.
