It is a page showing hotel names, prices, fee chopper promo, etc. When I click on "bid" icon I get same page.

Looks like PRICELINE don't have any bidding here. I looked at PRICELINE map but they don't have any bidding zone indicated for this area. Daytona Beach is the closest zone to Smyrna.

Have you looked at HOTWIRE? I know they have the South part of Daytona Beach.
