Would like bidding assistance for 4* in the San Francisco Nob Hill zone for 3 nights 12/29/09-1/1/10. Would like to stay under $75/night if possible.

Priceline doesn't have a Nob Hill zone. It's the USW-Nob Hill zone and most Priceline wins are assigned to hotels in the USW portion of the zone, not Nob Hill.

Do you only want a hotel in Nob Hill area? If so look at Hotwire, where Nob Hill and USW are two separate zones.

I suspect $75 won't be enough for dates that include New Years Eve but you've got lots of time to try some lowball bids first.

You've got five rebid zones for 4* in SF. If you need help determining your rebid zones feel free to ask, or write them out if you want confirmation.

I suggest bidding $65 for a 4* in USW-Nob Hill. Then add your rebids one at a time, raising $2 with each, up to your $75 limit.
