Hotwire Hotel: Help ID These Hotels Please! (monterey/ carmel)

Looking to figure out a hotel for november 4-7th, 2009.

The following 2 popped up:

4 star monterey hotel: $143

boutique, ocean front, fitness center, restaurants, business center, high speed internet, golf nearby, tennis nearby

the other is:

3.5 star monterey hotel $89

boutique, smoke free rooms, pool, restaurant, laundry, high speed internet, golf nearby, tennis nearby

I originally searched under Carmel, CA

For November 4, 2009- November 7th. Al the standard 1 room 2 adults.

I get a 4 star hotel for $147 amenities are:

Boutique, Ocean Front, Fitness Center, Restaurants, Business Center, High Speed Internet, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Spa Services

The 3.5 star hotel that had boutique in front of it is now gone unfortunately. (any idea if it will come back?!)

there is a different 3.5 star but doesnt have as many amenities.

The ones this one has for $89 is:

Smoke Free Rooms, Pools, Restaurants, High Speed Internet.

I'm bummed that other boutique is gone.

The 4* is a match for the Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa so that would be our best guess for that one.

The 3.5* has not yet been reported to the board 'as is' but if you change your search to 2adult/2children a 'new' property appears with:

Smoke Free, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Internet, Spa

This is a match for the Casa Munras so taht would be my best guess for this one. Given the price is similar to the 3.5* when searching for only 2adults, and those amenities are a sub-set of these amenities, it's possible that this is the same hotel with the 2adult search 'hiding' some of the amenities. However, can't be certain of this so if you are interested in this property it would be better to do so as 2adults/2children since that is the 'stronger' match for this hotel.
