There's no way to anticipate traffic in advance, but if it is a slow time period, hotels also do have a likely floor due to profit margins. For example, I can't imagine this property going for much less than $40 at any time of year. Again though, there's no way to anticipate rates in advance, and if traffic does suddenly ramp up, rates can change suddenly.
