What does NY has to do with Vancouver ? Hotwire messed-up the transaction up to be honest... kicked out in the middle of the process and after that it was unavailable.

Oh, yeah the problem as described above... very annoying ! In the end I had to waste a Hyatt Stay Cert I still had.

Regarding this: It looks like it's the Coast Plaza which might be a nice Hotel but maybe a bit too far off (have a stay at the Fairmont on the day before and dont want to roam around with luggage). I will wait until the Hyatt opens up for the famous 93$ price !

Right, since anyone currently reading your Hotwire Jersey City won't know to look here that you ended up using a Hyatt certificate for that stay, the problem still exists... please follow-up that thread :)

If you'd like us to take a look this HOTWIRE hotel (to confirm we agree with the Coast Plaza) please include the amenities HOTWIRE associates with the proerty offered.

I ended up purchasing a Hotwire 4* Downtown Vancouver West which came out to be the Hyatt Regency Vancouver.

The Features were :

Smoke Free Rooms

Fitness Center

Business Center

High Speed Internet

Restaurants

I had a new experience today where I got the Westin Bayshore for the same Features (see seperate winning priceline thread).

FYI - the listing at http://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?showtopic=92& hasn't been updated with this listing for Hyatt...I'm still looking for my dates and am now getting the same amenity combination...the master listing doesn't show this as Hyatt I believe...may pull the trigger as well now that the same combination is showing for Hyatt
