The childrens program is unique in Montreal I believe and so easily identifies this hotel

I have stayed here before and am very happy with rate.

PS This is the Delta Montreal on President Kennedy -not the Centre Ville Delta

After I book a room through hotwire, can I call up Delta Montreal and request an upgrade to the premiere room? Have anyone done it before and if so, how much? Thanks

You can try calling ahead and requesting the upgrade (i assume you mean for an additional fee), but if they allow upgrades for 'opaque customers' (not all hotels do), it is usually something that is done at check-in and based upon availability.
