I had tried to priceline these dates( USE and USW) and bidded up to $100 for 3.5* but was rejected.Hotwire has a 3.5* USW for $99 but I am curious what this 2* in USE is.

We've stayed at the Baldwin before and it is quite acceptable.

The Baldwin is at 321 Grant @ Sutter, which is USE. Someone will update the Hotel List.

The Baldwin has been reported with those icons in the past. Hotwire reports a 4/5 TripAdvisor rating and the Baldwin is 4/5.

It's probably Baldwin then. If it's not Baldwin it's probably something decent, with 4/5.
