Intercontinental hasn't been reported with those exact icons before, but Intercontinental would be my best guess.

The TripAdvisor rating (4 out of 5) matches the I-C and I-C is the only reported 4.5* in Hotwire's USE zone.

Remember there's always an chance some hotel rated 4* previously has been upgraded to 4.5* and not reported here yet.

Just to close this out -

Ended up using Priceline - got Grand Hyatt at $82/nt - great rate for location - having stayed there in the past, the hotel is probably more 3.5* but for my needs for this trip, can't beat the price!

Bid Union Sq E at 4*, first bid accepted at $82. Hyatt website was showing internet only, immediate purchase price of $135, rack rate of $169-199, so I am pleased with the deal.
