man the taxes and services charges are getting ridiculous. 26% of the offer price is pushing it. anyways $55 is actually a pretty good price for this zone, i think. my previous bids of $50 and $53 were both rejected.

Pay more and you'll see the taxes and fees percentage instantly go down :) Take the viewpoint that the higher the percentage the better the deal you got and you'll see it won't bother you so much.
