JD of Boise Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 My strategy was...Zone *1 @ $120 - MTW, MTE, CPS, TSZone *2 @ $130 - MTW, MTE, CPS, TSZone *3 @ $130 - MTW, MTE, CPS, TS, & EPS -- This was the winning bid and the goof on my part as far as strategy. Very happy with the price just not happy with the location. My questions is.. Is it possible to call the hotel and see if i can relocate with the same rate to another hotel farther north.
dahammer Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 welcome! Can you please post the name of the hotel, the star rating, the name of the zone, and your dates of travel?
JD of Boise Posted September 22, 2009 Author Report Posted September 22, 2009 Winning bid was at the Millenium Hilton Hotel staying Nov 10-14, 2009. 4* Zone 1 @ $120 - MTW, MTE, CPS, TS4* Zone 2 @ $130 - MTW, MTE, CPS, TS3.5* Zone 3 @ $130 - MTW, MTE, CPS, TS, & EPSAs I mentioned in my OP I goofed on my 3rd free bid which is okay as far as price. It's just location was my fault in choice.
thereuare Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 I'm doubful you'll have any success changing properties... each hotel has their own occupancy levels which determines price, so it's not as easy to simply have a reservation transfered from one property to another (as well, this would be against the 'rules' of PRICELINE where purchases are non-refundable/non-cancellable/non-changable)Although not listed, I assume you added Downtown to your last bid? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.
