This matches previous reports for the Quality Inn Airport (Industrial Avenue in Essington) so that would be my best guess. The TA info doesn't match as well as i'd like, so a little shadow of doubt regarding this ID, but i suspect that HOTWIRE's TA info for this property hasn't been updated recently and that could account for the difference.

Regardless if the Quality Inn or not, HOTWIRE is showing a TA rating of 3.0/5.0, so i'd proceed with a bit of caution.

if this is the Quality Inn located in Essington, then its about 9 miles south of the Stadium area.
