I would like to stay at this hotel, any idea if this is an option through Priceline?

However, you can't bid on a specific hotel, nor is there anyway to target a specific property, so it may be a moot point. Is this the only hotel you're willing to stay at? What are the date(s) of your stay?

September 26&27. I've stayed here before and love it, so I'd like to know if anyone has ever got this hotel on PRICELINE.

If you look at the Priceline Hotel List, as thereuare already suggested, you'll see the Best Western Sunrise is there. So yes, it's been won before, as a 2.5*.

But you can't bid for a particular hotel on PRICELINE. If you're willing to accept ANY 2.5* or higher hotel in the Manhattan-Redondo zone (your 2.5* bids could be upgarded to a higher level) let us know and someone will provide a bidding strategy.

If you ONLY want the Best Western Sunrise then PRICELINE isn't a good option.
