I went ahead and booked the room. It is the Holiday Inn Des Moines - Merle Hay I80&35,IA.

On the Priority Club web site it is listed for $75 per night.

I was surprised to get any reply on Turkey day.

Give me a few days to check out the services and I will do a review.

First impression is that the hotel could use an update but the service is very good.

I am happy with the price when I booked it dropped to $38 per day. The Motel 6 close by is $33 per night.
