Checking rates for this time period and a 4* came up with the following amenities.

Non Smoking, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, Hi speed internet, Spa.

Any ideas?

This listing has not yet been reported to the board/ID'd, but the vacation package side has the Marriott Chateau Champlain w/these amenities, so that would be my guess as to what this might be.

After seeing another bidders successful grab here, this appears like it may be the new Le Westin Hotel although it doesn't offer the Spa service.
