Offer from P/L to increase by $11. I rejected. Added North Everett which only has 2 1/2 star and lower, bumped bid to $41 and was accepted. I have stayed here on more than one occasion. Across from airport, pretty nice hotel and a good price. Thanks all, hope this is helpful.Bill
