  1. Hi, Just won my room for $55.00 on my first try. Using BetterBidding I reviewed recent winning bids and decided to start there at $55. Was hoping to win the Doubletree or the Hilton, so I am very pleased. Luckily I am not parking a car this time cause they kill you on parking! Bill
  2. Hi, I stayed here with my family a couple years ago and was pleased with it, hopefully you will be too. If it's a bargin will be up to you to decide, but you saved better than $20! Enjoy
  3. Needed to stay close to Boeing Field on Saturday 3 March. Started in the Renton-Kent zone with a 3 Star bid of $40, anticipating a reject. PL counter offered at $47, I declined and selected Seatac zone and re-bid at $43. Rack rate of $90 makes it a pretty decent deal. Parking is $16.00 though. Hotel does have 24 hour indoor pool which is nice in the Seattle winter. Thanks!
  4. Hey all, Linked from better bidding to PRICELINE. Have stayed here more than a few times using priceline. Seems to hover between high 30's and low 40's this summer. Pretty nice place. worth your stay. Parking is expensive however. $18/ day $13.95/day for more than 3 days(park n fly) Details of the bid: selected airpport zone, 3 *, bid $37, received counter offer of 47.00. declined the offer and tried again, adding kirkland. Kirland zone doesn't have above 2* and I was thinking I needed to save the 2.5 hotels in the airport zone just incase I had to make a third bid today. Increased bid to $40. and was accepted. hope this helps. Bill
  5. First off- I linked through to priceline via this forum. Secondly, first bid at $39 for 3 star was rejected. Offer from P/L to increase by $11. I rejected. Added North Everett which only has 2 1/2 star and lower, bumped bid to $41 and was accepted. I have stayed here on more than one occasion. Across from airport, pretty nice hotel and a good price. Thanks all, hope this is helpful. Bill
  6. Actually was hoping for Red Lion Park, due to indoor pool. However, this looks like a nice place and I have no real concerns. $40.00 for a decent room is great! Linked through to PRICELINE through this site after reviewing recent Spokane bids/wins. Good Luck
  7. :) First bid accepted at $50.00 for two rooms in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Shilo Inn conference center. Looks nice and has free wireless and free breakfast. All rooms are suites, which is good as I am traveling with children. Should be nice, I am happy with this win. Linked through to PRICELINE through this wonderful site! Thanks for all the help! Bill
  8. First bid $40.00 for Boise West hoping to get the Hyatt Place, bid rejected. Added Boise (downtown) to the list and bid $45.00. Got the Residence Inn on 8/12/09 for 1 night, which should work very well for my family.
  9. Sorry again, this is in Nuevo Vallarata, my apologies for not clarifying in the first post. I have found a pretty good rate through Barcelo.com for the rest of my vacation. The resort is La Jolla de Mismaloya. -I will post in the other section for those that could be interested.
  10. Purchased 3.5* all inclusive in Puerto Vallarta from Hotwire for $107. Date 6/21-6/22/06. details: resort beachfront food and beverages premium drinks a la carte dining watersports included evening enterainment daily activities pools fitness center childrens activities high speed internet restaurants. Seems like a pretty decent price, fairly decent reviews too. If anyone has experience with this place please let me know. going to Puerto Vallarta for our 10 year anniversary, would really like to stay somewhere great, but don't have a lot of funds. Any advice would be appreiated!
