Not sure if you're looking for a Boutique property or if this is simply what was offered, but if you change your search to 2adults/2children a different 4* property is offered in this zone for about the same price:

Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Internet, Business with a Tripadvisor rating of 3.5/5.0 with 120+ reviews.

The above (the 2adult/2child search) is a match for the Meritage Resort at Napa so that would be my best guess.

This is only a guess, but it is an educated one. After checking it out on Expedia, I think the originally posted HOTWIRE hotel may be the Avia Napa.

It has all the posted amenities and might be called a boutique because it's not a big, corporate chain hotel. Regular rates are usually over $200, so it would be a good deal for this property. No promises, though.
