yellowdog Posted August 13, 2009 Report Posted August 13, 2009 I can't get the same hotel to appear on my search. How many rooms/adults/children did you search for? Can you please run a new search and confirm that you still can see this hotel on your search. Can you also please clarify (name of HOTWIRE zone) you're reffering to.Yellowdog.

yellowdog Posted August 13, 2009 Report Posted August 13, 2009 I'm sorry to say that i can't see the hotel. Yellowdog.
thereuare Posted August 13, 2009 Report Posted August 13, 2009 I see this property but it has not yet been identified... some guesses would be the Quality Inn, Guesthouse Oceanside, or the La Quinta (although this last property only has a Spa tub, not a swimming pool, so not sure if it would qualify under HOTWIRE's "pool' icon and/or if the hotel got it wrong)Regardless, the above doesn't seem like too great of a deal as you could be the Quality Inn direct for about $93/nite OR the La Quinta for $110/nite (i know $20 more than above (only $15/nite when including HOTWIRE's fee) but if this is the property you want it may be worth the extra cost to know exactly what you're getting). Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases. (or our Quality Inn direct for about $93/nite OR the La Quinta if you decide to go that route... these links also found in our support page)Let us kno whatever you ulitmately decide to do for this stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases

I used the HOTWIRE link for my purchase. Far from a good deal. Evidently this is a really busy weekend in the San Diego area. Most of the hotels are sold out for Saturday night.
yellowdog Posted August 14, 2009 Report Posted August 14, 2009 Thank you for sharing your result with the board and using our HOTWIRE link to book this :) Also thanx for the addition for this new property to the BetterBidding Hotwire Hotel ListSorry to see that your deal wasn't that good.We hope you'll enjoy your stay anyway.Yellowdog.
