rrolff Posted July 30, 2009 Report Posted July 30, 2009 Hoping to get the La Costa resort, the Sheraton came in as a 4*... Price was $285+Tax ($318 ish). Same rate as AAA rate for Sheraton on their website :-(Sat Aug 8.This needs to be updated in the hotels list for Hotwire (Sheraton is listed as 3.5 star - formerly 4* - evidently, it got bumped back up to a 4*).Kinda bummed - but that is life in the PRICELINE / HOTWIRE worlds.......TTFN

rrolff Posted July 30, 2009 Author Report Posted July 30, 2009 The price just went down to $269 from $285...Amenities:resort, business center, fitness center, pool, golf nearby, tennis nearby, restaurant(s)
AaronJB Posted July 30, 2009 Report Posted July 30, 2009 Thank you for the follow-up.It's $279 on Orbitz.com or Expedia.com for this date; you could use that to file a double-the-difference guarantee. It's not much, but I thought I'd still throw the idea out there.
