Priceline Hotel: 3* NYC Airports (JFK) Courtyard

I checked the forum and saw that people usually got this hotel at $70, so I tried $62 for the first time and it was accepted. I should have gone lower than $60 because I had at least two more free bids, but I had good experience with Courtyard, so I am happy with it. I just found out from their website that they charge $20 for on-site parking, which I think is a bit too much. They also have complimentary off-site parking, which I have no idea where it will be. I should probably call them. Good forum and very helpful!

Welcome to the site. :)

Parking costs are not uncommon for a lot of hotel properties these days - I'd call to ask what the deal with the off-site parking is. Overall though, this certainly seems like a good deal and one of the nicer options in the area.

Congratulations on your success and thank you for sharing your results with the board.

This hotel charges $20 for parking because they can get it; demand is inelastic and supply is limited. I've stayed here twice, the off street parking is on the street next to the hotel which borders a residential neighborhood, I've never had a problem.
