May I ask what you are looking for in a hotel? There is a wide gap between a 2* and a 4* property.

The 4* Downtown would be either the Manchester Grand Hyatt or W, but the Hyatt is the more likely of the two.

The 2*, unfortunately, has not yet been ID'd.

thank you for the reply. We really want to stay in mission bay but also want 4 star at a family friendly price :-) I know asking for A LOT. We may try for the 4 star and hope for the Manchester Grand Hyatt.
