$60/3* rejected in USE, USW, SOMA, and Embarcadero.

$42/2.5* rejected in Civic Center with $9 counteroffer. $45 accepted.

Whitcomb regular rate was $119. They gave me a large room with two beds.

Valet parking is $29/night. There's a private lot just south of the Whitcomb on 8th Street, in between Whitcomb and Holiday Inn, where overnight parking is $15. Out by 11am.
