Note: currently there are no 3.5 * showingso I currently have 8 chances to bid:4* Halifax bid zone 3 $47 add re-bid zone 2,3 $50close browser, then reopen browser4* Halifax bid zone 1&3 $52 add re-bid zone 1,2,3 $55close browser, then reopen browser3.5* Halifax bid zone 3 $57 add re-bid zone 2,3 $60close browser, then reopen browser3.5* Halifax bid zone 1&3 $62 add re-bid zone 1,2,3 $67If anyone has a better strategy for Halifax, please let me know as I have plenty oftime to bid. It seems there are two sets of prices being won, high $40's to mid $50's,and a second set of prices at the low - mid $60's. Any advice is appreciated.Regards, Keoni :) Link to comment

Note: currently there are no 3.5 * showing...I'm never a fan of lowering the star level to gain extra bids when it appears there are no hotels available at that star level. This is acceptable when you're working under a tight timeline, but with 2+ months before your stay, it's not a risk i would be taking... while the risk may be low, i also find it an unnecessary one to take.Also, rates for your dates are currently somewhat higher than usual, so i would be expecting the higher end of the range to be necessary.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and keep us updated.
