40yearoldmom Posted June 29, 2009 Report Share Posted June 29, 2009 I have made two bids in hilton head for resort and have been rejected!It wants me to extend the area or change dates,how can I do that and keep from staying in bluffton? If Bluffton has no resorts will I be sure to not get Bluffton area because I don't want that area!!!! Link to comment

thereuare Posted July 4, 2009 Report Share Posted July 4, 2009 With only one re-bid zone there's not too much you can do, but given your previously rejected bids up to $120, i'd proceed as follows:Select Resort Hilton Head...Bid $125, if rjected add re-bid zone...Bid $130Repeat the abover 24 hours, increasing your bid each time by $5. This will bring you up to your maximum bid in 2-3 days and you'll either be successful or we'll review your options at that time.If you get a counter-offer (PRICELINE states that they can't find a room for $xx, but if you increase your bid by $yy dollars you can try again immediately) just post back and we'll advis accordingly.Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and keep us updated.
