Boy, bidding has gotten quite a bit tougher for the weekend of the 4th since earlier successful bids as seen via previous posters. I've tried low-balling for a couple days, to no avail. Hyatt is apparently sold out for Friday (see their website), which is my normal PL win. I was finally successful this afternoon ... here is how today's bids went:

Both Courtyards downtown are quite nice - while this isn't the newer of the two, it's still a great property and in a very good River North location, near quite a few restaurants and a subway station.
