Unfortunately this property has not yet been identified and any guesses i had could be 'negated' with some aspect of the Tripadvisor info :)

this is just an educated "guess", but this could be the Sheraton Stamford Hotel or the Marriott based on the smoke free amenity. The Sheraton is available through Expedia for an average rate of $74 based on a "second night 50% off" promotion. If you are willing to "roll the dice" and bid through PRICELINE, you might be able to get the 3.5* Marriott or the Hyatt for around $45 or so. Be prepared to pay for parking in this zone.

I too had thought that the Sheraton was a good possibility, but HOTWIRE indicates that the last review of this property was in June, while the TA website shows the last review for the Sheraton was in May, which was won reason why i discounted this as a possibility.... although it is possible that there was a review posted in June, HOTWIRE took their 'snapshot' at the time, and then the June post was removed for some reason. (the Marriott also doesn't "fit" the correct number of reviews)

thats strange, because my HOTWIRE search did not include any Tripadvisor ratings.....
