billyblaze Posted October 19, 2004 Report Posted October 19, 2004 Got 3 rooms at this rate. Hyatt Regency website listing $159.00 a night. Tried looking at Hotwire first. Hotwire had a 4 star for $94.00 a night. Not sure if it was the Hyatt: Hotel, Restaurant, pool, FC, internet, buisness center. Anyway, getting back to my priceline win, bid $55.00 rejected. Added Speedway zone ( no 4 stars anywhere else in INDY so really had 6 rebids) & bid $60.00 accepted. Very surprised the rates are this low when the Colts have a home game but I am not going to complain.
thereuare Posted October 19, 2004 Report Posted October 19, 2004 Congratulations on your win.... a terrific rate! Are you going to the Colts' game?I just took a look at Hyatt's website and i have to, once again, state that i don't like it. Besides cumbersome to use (waiting for those dropdown menus to load is quite annoying), they often list a .com rate higher than their prevailing rate! :) Thanks for the report and have a great stay! Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
billyblaze Posted October 20, 2004 Author Report Posted October 20, 2004 Going to BC-ND Saturday & the Colts game Sunday.
