sfntvintx
This hotel had come up on Hotwire for $69 (or at least I ID'd it as the Domain from this board and Trip Advisor). I checked the actual hotel website and it showed a rate of $69.30. Since I wasn't 100% sure of my travel plans, I reserved it through the hotel. (Then joined the Joy of Life club associated with the hotel chain. I think I get wine when I check in!) Hotwire now lists it as $64, although with Hotwire's taxes it only comes out to $4 total less than my reservation. It looks like a nice place and got great Trip Advisor reviews. Also, it looks like Hotwire is listing its sister property the 3* Wild Palm for $66. Also good reviews. FYI-the Hotwire zone is Sunnyvale-Cupertino. Link to comment
thereuare
To confirm, you did NOT actually buy the hotel above thru HOTWIRE, correct? Please use these PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links to begin your travel purchases.Thanks. sfntvintx
Correct. I reserved it through the hotel website. I thought of posting this on the Hotwire section, but thought this would be a better place for it. I just thought it was interesting that the Hotwire price was so close to the hotel's actual sale price. Link to comment
