I was nearly convinced it was this hotel:

Derag Hotel Henriette

It matched in amenities, location, Tripadvisor Rating and # of Tripadvisor reviews (62). I ended up booking it on Hotels.com anyway because the total cost was similar. Good to know for future reference though.
