Need help identifying Monterey Hotel

A property with these amenities has not yet been reported to the board, and they seem sort of 'odd' to me as usually a 3* hotel with a few amenities such as the above will at least have a Restaurant or Breakfast icon.

Changing the search criteria to 3adults/0children i'm seeing a different 3* property offered with:

Complimentary Breakfast, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry

and this one is a match for the Holiday Inn Express at Monterey Bay (Seaside) so that woudl be our best guess. When searchign for 3adults the price does go up a few dollars to $88/nite, but think of it as the cost of 'free' breakfast :) This may even be the same hotel as above but with a 'missing' breakfast icon when searching for 1adult/1child, but if you're interested in this property it would be much safer to purchase it with the full amenities i've listed above and pay the few dollars extra for the increased confidence in the identifcation (with 3adults the Tripadvisor info is listed as well, 3.5/5.0 with 40+ reviews, and this too is consistent with the HI Express)
