The Palomar is my best guess for the 4* in CC-WW, with one reservation.

Hotwire says the hotel is 4.5 on TripAdvisor and Palomar is 4 on TA now. Some of Palomar's June reviews give low ratings, and those could have brought Palomar's overall rating down from 4.5 to 4 since Hotwire last refreshed TA data. Sometimes there's a reporting lag between TA and HW. I go with Palomar since the TA data otherwise match and it's been reported with those icons before.

As for the 4* in BH-WH...it's hard to be sure with no TA data. And those are common icons at a 4* hotel. But the Mondrian's been reported with that set, so that's my first guess. Another possibility: this is Andaz, making its first appearance on Hotwire. Andaz is in Hotwire Vacation Packages with those icons, plus one more: Business Center.
