Hotwire Hotel: Help with hotel USE or USW

Looking to stay in Union Square east or west, during July 9-14

I've read that some of the hotels in the USW area are quite close to tenderloin should I be concerned about this and maybe choose USE?

$82 4-star hotel in Union Square West

fitness / restaurant/ business center/ high speed internet

$94 4-star hotel in Union Square East

no-smoking/fitness / restaurant/ business center/ high speed internet

and there's also a 3.5-star hotel in Union Square West for 85

any help identifying these would be great

4* USW: Looks like Parc55. Three hotels use the same icons--Hilton, Clift, and Parc55. But the TripAdvisor stats (4/5, 600+ reviews) only match Parc55.

4* USE: Looks like Westin Market Street.

3.5* USW: Looks like the Warwick

You didn't post icons, but the 3.5* I see now is $89 and has: Fitness, Restaurant, Business, Highspeed.

The Parc55 is higher rated than Warwick and also costs less, so I'd probably choose between Parc55 and Westin Market.
