While the hotel is not 100% guaranteed, this list of amenities has been previously reported with the Sheraton Mission Valley. I cannot guarantee the exact availability of the shuttle. The HOTWIRE listing does offer a shuttle, but I don't see a discussion (unless I'm missing it) of the exact details of the shuttle service on the hotel website. Travelocity does list the hotel as having an airport shuttle (but no details.)
