Yes the dates are firm june 11-15th

I really want to have a suite that is why the 1 bedroom on HOTWIRE sounds good but at the same time I am wondering if I am better off bidding on priceline.

No, you can't bid on a suite with PRICELINE (nor does PRICELINE issue condo properties thru their 'name your own' price service)

I will definately use your PRICELINE or HOTWIRE link when I figure out what I am going to do. I can't decide whether to wait till I am closer to the date or go ahead and book something right away

It could be... but notice the amenities of your condo above don't match exactly the amenities that HOTWIRE users for The Breakers, so that casts somewhat of a shadow of doubt over this ID.
