Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Napa-Sonoma (Santa Rosa-Rohnert Park-Petaluma) Fountaingrove Inn

Hi Friends,

I am planning a day out with my wife and a kid to Calistoga to see the Geyser and Wineries. I did a search on Hotwire for May 30th check-in and check-out on May 31st and got the following recommendation for $59:

4-star hotel in Santa Rosa - Rohnert Park - Petaluma

with amenities as gym,pool, restaurant,business center and internet access.

I did search and found that this area is little far (around 20 miles) from calistoga. I am not sure how is this place to stay and which hotel is this one recommended by hotwire? If it is a nice and safe hotel then i can go ahead with the booking.

HOTWIRE offers hotels in Calistoga but none for your travel date, which is a Saturday night. If you want to stay right in Calistoga you'll probably have to book something conventionally.

That Hotwire 4* looks like a match for the Fountaingrove Inn in Santa Rosa. The Doubletree Sonoma uses the same icons but the TripAdvisor stats (4/5, 60+ reviews) match the Fountaingrove, not the Doubletree.

I haven't stayed at the Fountaingrove but there are many reviews posted at TripAdvisor.

Thanks Colfax. I have booked Fountaingrove thru PRICELINE link from this site at $60 per night. I booked it for 3rd and 4th July (2 nights). I hope it is a nice place to stay and relax with family.
