Original bid of Downtown @ $45 rejected - but can add $13 for free rebid

Then added zone 2 (Escondido or sth) $52 and accepted at

Holiday Inn San Diego Downtown.

Regular rates were $99, so I guess it was a good deal, but I am having doubts about the quality of the hotel. Tripadvisor reviews seem to be quite mixed, and it is one of those round holiday inn buildings from way back when. I don't know whether to be excited or not.

It's one nite and about $50 so i suspect the value will be there, although maybe not exactly what you had in mind.
