Hotwire had a property with amenities that match Holiday Inn (which we can now assume is really the CP) on this board for $99. I had the $25 ($5 per night) bonus from Priceline in My Rewards. So I bid 3* $65 ($60 + bonus) and was rejected. There is one rebid zone so I tried $75 (70 + 5) and was successful. Rack rate is around $150. I used the link on the BB page.
