It seems that this hotel is not on the beach.

Anyone can tell me if I can bid a room (3* and above) on Priceline on the beach, or within one block (ocean front is not necessary) ?

Your hotel can be anywhere within Priceline's shaded region. If the entire region is within a block of the beach then you're set... if not, no way to guaranee access to the beach.

Hotwire may be a better option in an instance where you need a specific amenity.
