As i often do suggest, give Ess-A-Bagel a try for breakfast one morning. It's a short walk from this hotel (on Third Ave at 51st St) and they have one of the best bagels in the city... makes for a good, and inexpensive, breakfast among local NYers.

I'm going to be in New York this weekend (4/25-4/27) and I would like to get the deal at the Grand Hyatt. Anyway I can bid to try and stack the odds in my favor? I know its last minute.
