ravinia Posted September 15, 2004 Report Posted September 15, 2004 We bid this a few days back without seeing the previous post; wanted this property in particular due to free parking and location, and had anecdotal report of $45 getting it. We probably either just plain overbid, or hit the next higher PL rate for our dates. Or they were just plain higher for the dates. $45 was first and only bid.
