Medical Problem

I know that travel and hotel is non-changable and non-refundable when purchased on Priceline.

This travel and hotel is for my son who was just diagnosis with a bone tumor, his doctor advises "patient wil not be able to travel until definitive treatment is rendered."

I would like to defer the reseveration (9/21/04) to a later date.

Any suggestions?

Did you purchase a Priceline package, or just an airfare, or airfare and hotel separately?

I have heard of people getting out of the hotel purchase. I haven't heard of anyone getting out of an airfare purchase, but perhaps it has happened. I'd start by getting a letter from his doctor and then do your best to plead.

I would try all possible scenarios.

As WT suggested, get a note from the doctor first. I would then try Priceline and then if not successful try the airline and/or hotel.

I would recommend to contact priceline. Even with non-changeable reservations there are exeptions. They will probly just refund the money minus a processing fee and you will have to reschudle.
