Hotwire had a 3.5* in Bloomington West for $59 and a 3* for $49.

I attempted Add a Night for two more nights, 4/9-4/11, and got a counteroffer of $42. I declined and tried undercutting the counteroffer via conventional bidding. I won a 3* for $38 then, but at a different hotel. The new hotel was just a few blocks away and I didn't mind switching. I'll post that win in a separate thread.

Wild that the difference between being accepted and not was a buck. The PRICELINE rate looks like a great discount off retail price.
