The only other hotel in this area, Morning Glory Inn, doesn't have a couple amenities that Priceline guarantees 2.5* hotels have, so I'm assuming it's a 2*. Google Maps identifies a couple other hotels, but one is a travel agency, and the other is tavern. So I felt really good about getting this hotel before I booked! I would have tried other bids, but I didn't have any rebid options, and the date is fast approaching. I'm thrilled since the regular rate is $152/night or $693.12 total [i paid $301.51 total].This property offers free hot breakfast and free Internet [wired in rooms, wireless in lobby], although charges for parking $14/day. The parking charges seem very common around the university, with most properties I checked just under $20.
