I just read that Priceline offers 4* Hotels in Santa Monica.

Could you help me, and tell me a betting stragedy?

I just don`t know at which price i should start.

At 124$ it doesnt say that i have only a small chance anymore, but i think this might be to less.

By the way, this would be my first book with PRICELINE.

You can bid 4 Star only, but no one ever seems to win 4 star hotels in Santa Monica, at least not reported here.

Working on getting a room in Santa Monica myself--but 3 1/2 star with the hope being #1 Sheraton Delfina or #2 Marriot Marina Del Rey. Those seem t be best shots and anywhere from 85 to 100+

Sheraton Delfina and Marriot Marina Del Rey are the ones that seem to be won if you look back on this board

Can you confirm you won the Marriott Marina Del Rey as a 4*? The Marriott's been recently reported as a 3.5* and it's still 3.5* in Priceline's retail listings.

Of course you are right. I tried to win a 4* till 130$. Then added 3,5* and got the marriott Marina Del Ray.
