I don't find a perfect match for the TripAdvisor stats linked to this hotel, which are 3.5/5, 100+ reviews.

But Le Parc Suites in West Hollywood comes very close. Le Parc Suites has 102 reviews, but a 4/5 rating on TripAdvisor. The most recent review gave it 5* and that review might have lifted the hotel's overall rating from 3.5 to 4, which hasn't transmitted to Hotwire yet. (Sometimes there's a lag.)

Le Parc is a suite hotel with kitchenettes and I can't find a closer match than that, although my confidence in the ID isn't 100%.

Not doing too well for this stay... unfortunately this property has not yet been identified either :)

The Tower Beverly Hills Hotel is close, but that is believed to have a Hi-Speed Internet icon associated with it in addition to the above amenities; it is possible HOTWIRE is 'hiding' this icon for the above offering, but with no other clues to go by and no evidence of this based upon previous reports, this would be just be speculation and a big 'leap' to take to draw such a conclusion.
