I really don't understand the high reviews this property received. I think most people were excited by the free breakfast and afternoon snacks. However, the property itself, is really a two star property at best. In comparison the two star Econolodge on El Camino was a far nicer room.

The room is old, with paper thin walls, you could hear everyone's television all night long (as mentioned by another trip advisor poster, who still gave a four star review). The shower head is about four feet off the tub floor, making showering a back breaking experience. The heater/AC unit did not work well.

The hot breakfast was nice, but boring. Round scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and assorted pastries. I'd rather pay $5.49 at Denny's for something and have a nicer room instead. Overall there are many much much nicer properties at the three star level on Hotwire, including the Raddison, Holiday Inn, etc. Unless you really need to be in Sunnyvale for some reason, skip this hotel.
