Hotwire Hotel: Help! There are sooo many choices!

Hello!

I'm researching a trip to Texas. We'd want to be near the Texas Motor Speedway, the map on Hotwire gave me a headache. Any ideas what areas we should try to get in?

THIS MAP puts the speedway at the intersection of Rt. 35W and Rt. 114.

If my map skills are any good, that would put it in the northwest corner of Hotwire's Alliance Area - Roanoke zone (but double check my map skills as i have never been to the area).

Now what zones you want to bid is up to you.

Without looking at HW or PL --- Fort Worth

puts you pretty close to TMS.

TMS is right next to Alliance -- last time I was there (3-4 yrs ago) there

weren't many places to stay -- Ft Worth < 10min away (15 max)

will have an abundant amount of hotels.
