easternstandardtime Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 As a point of reference, I just landed the Madera for $80/night (started at $70, then $76, but no dice) for 3/27/09 - 3/30/09. Actually, my original dates were 26 - 30 and I didn't get a bite on anything in the Dupont Circle or Downtown zones at $80. Once I dropped the 26th and opted for a three night stay, I won the Madera.

ibmman69 Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 I'd really like to know what zone it was too. It may have been downtown after they dropped the extra night. The Madera is in the downtown zone according to the name your own price page.
easternstandardtime Posted February 28, 2009 Author Report Posted February 28, 2009 It's listed as a 3.5 * in the White House - Downtown zone.

droopy Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 Amazing this hotel is in the downtown zone, it is literally right off Dupont Circle. Really dumb cutoff for PRICELINE between those zones.
